一、用途/usage

　　　該機器主要用於天地蓋包裝紙盒的生產加工，廣泛應（yīng）用於服裝鞋類包裝（zhuāng）盒；  工藝品、日用品包裝盒；電子、電器包裝盒；以（yǐ）及五金、標準件等需要包（bāo）裝的產品盒類的加工製（zhì）作（zuò）。

The machine is mainly used in the production and processing of the box for the sky and earth cover packaging, which is widely used in the packaging of clothing and footwear; the packaging of handicrafts and daily necessities; the packaging of electronics and electrical appliances; and the processing and production of the boxes for products requiring packaging such as hardware and standard parts.

二、主要功能/Features：

1、全進口諾智能噴膠係統，實（shí）現自動噴膠補嚐功能；

2、紙板自動進料，連貫作業進紙、包邊、折耳及（jí）折入成型動（dòng）作一次性（xìng）完成；

3、采用PLC可編程序控製器、光電（diàn）跟蹤係統、氣（qì）源檢測運行係統、觸摸屏人（rén）機界麵，實施天地蓋紙盒成型全過程自動化；

4、紅外安全保護係（xì）統（tǒng），確保人員（yuán）操（cāo）作（zuò）安全；

5、自動故障診斷功能；

6、快速換模調節裝置;

7、機（jī）架組合式設計，整體加工，分組式結合；

8、整機占地麵積小，穩定性佳。
