一、用途/usage

　　　該機器主要用於（yú）天地蓋包裝紙盒的生產加工，廣泛應用於（yú）服（fú）裝鞋類（lèi）包裝盒（hé）；  工藝品、日（rì）用品包裝盒；電（diàn）子、電（diàn）器包裝盒；以及五金、標準件等需要包裝的產品（pǐn）盒類的加工製作。

The machine is mainly used in the production and processing of the box for the sky and earth cover packaging, which is widely used in the packaging of clothing and footwear; the packaging of handicrafts and daily necessities; the packaging of electronics and electrical appliances; and the processing and production of the boxes for products requiring packaging such as hardware and standard parts.

二、主要功能/Features：

1、全進（jìn）口諾智能噴膠（jiāo）係統，實現自動噴膠補嚐功能；

2、紙板自動進料，連貫作業進紙、包邊、折耳及折入成型動作一次性完成；

3、采用PLC可編程序控製（zhì）器、光電（diàn）跟蹤係統、氣源檢測運行係統、觸摸屏人機界麵，實施天地蓋紙盒成型全過（guò）程自動化；

4、紅外安全保護係統，確保人員操（cāo）作安全；

5、自動故障診斷功能；

6、快速換模調節裝置（zhì）;

7、機架組合式設（shè）計，整體加（jiā）工，分組式結合；

8、整機占地麵積小，穩定（dìng）性佳。
